HEALTHY APPLE KHEER


THIS RECEPIE OF APPLE KHEER WAS CREATED BY MY MOTHER WHO GOT IT FROM SUM COOKERY SHOW..NEWAYS AS A KID I USED TO B VERY FUSSY BOUT EATING NORMAL GHAR KA KHANNA N SO MY MOTHER STARTED DIS NEW TECHNIQUE OF ADDING DA EXTRA TASTE TO MY FOOD N ALSO EXTRA VITAMINS N MINERALS.................WELL EVEN AFTER BEING A TEENAGER I HATE MILK N FRUITS SO I HAVE STARTED MAKING MY OWN APPLE KHEER WHICH IS VERY NUTRITIOUS N VERY VERY VERY FAMOUS AMONGST ALL MY COLLEGE FREINDS...............



APPLE KHEER:

1/2 litre skimmed milk

sugar as per taste

2 freshly grated apples(small)

a cup of dryfruits

kesar


boil da skimmed milk to make sure dat der r no traces of cream left over in it.

then add sugar according to desired quantity n let it dissolve completely in da milk.

den add da grated apples slowly n boil for another 5 mins den add da dryfruits n kesar for taste..


p.s. this kheer will b very liquidy........n tastes best wen chilled
